PELLA RENTAL & SALES 2010 Wedding/special events rental policy
DEPOSIT
A 25% deposit is required to hold your reservation.
Pella Rental and Sales accepts cash, check, mastercard or
visa for deposits due.
Deposits go towards your final amount due.
A cleaning/Damage deposit may also be required on certain items.
Please inquire.
PAYMENT
The balance is due on or before delivery/pick up.
All orders must be pre-paid unless other arrangements have
been made. We accept cash, check (preferred) or credit card for your
final payment
CANCELLATION
–
Your deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to your event.
Deposits are non-refundable if your order is cancelled 30
days or less prior to your event.
If rental items have been delivered/picked up – Full payment
is due weather the items were used or not.
RENTAL PERIOD/PRICING
The rental rate on most party rental equipment is based 1-4 day
rentals. Please inquire
for more details. Weekends
and holidays count towards rental days.
Rental charges apply whether equipment is used or not.
Your initial order may be changed at any time.
Please be aware that we have limited quantities of items, if
your order is increased we can not always guarantee availability.
Please try and make any changes 72 hours before your rental
date, or you may be charged a service charge.
SET UP SERVICE

Our standard set up service includes standard set up/take down of
dance floors, staging, and tents.
It does not include set up or take down of tables, chairs,
tent sides, backdrops, lighting, etc.
DELIVERY AND PICK UP
-
Delivery is available for all orders.
Please call for delivery charges to your area. Standard
delivery includes normal ground floor delivery during regular
business hours (8am-5pm, Mon – Sat.) Additional charges may apply
for non business hours, long distance handling, non ground floor
deliveries, etc. Tables
and chairs should be taken down and stacked in appropriate carts
provided in a convenient location and protected from the elements.
A pick up fee will be charged per table/chair if this is not
done. We try to
accommodate all requests of delivery times, but can not guarantee
time specific deliveries.
TENT SET UP –
An Iowa One call is required to check for all underground lines.
It is your responsibility to notify us of any personal
underground/overhead/other obstacles.
Pella Rental is not responsible for any damage on
delivery/setup/take down.
We will require specific information regarding the tent site
to determine if tent set up is suitable.
If determined the site is not suitable , Pella Rental and
Sales has the right to refuse set up in that area.
Tent set up requires sufficient space. (ex: 40x60 requires a
52x72 space) Pella Rental
will arrange a set up time that fits both your and our schedule.
Pella Rental will not allow set up if we feel the conditions
would put our crew in danger (lighting, high winds, etc).
Pella Rental will make the final call when set up will occur.
LINEN AND SKIRTING
-
Linen orders must be finalized 2 weeks before your event. Please
speak with us about this for more detail.
Linens do not need to be laundered. Please place used linens
in the laundry bags provided.
Skirting must be placed back on the green hangers provided.
Skirting hangers and clips must be returned.
Additional charges will apply to the damaged skirting.
Charges can include rental and replacement cost of damaged item.
Damaged skirting include but are not limited to mildew, burns,
stains, tears, and wax.
DAMAGES -
Customers will be charged for any damaged, missing, or broken items.
Responsibility for equipment remains with the lessee from
time of delivery/pickup to time of return to Pella Rental. Please be
sure equipment is protected from weather and secured when not in
use. Exposure of equipment (tables, chairs, linens, skirting, etc.)
to the elements will incur additional charges to fix or replace the
rental item.
