Rental Policy

PAYMENT/DEPOSIT -
Pella Rental and Sales accepts cash, check, Master Card, or Visa for the deposit due. We accept cash, or check for the final payment.  A 25% deposit may be required to hold your reservation and goes towards your final balance.  The balance is due on or before delivery/pick up.  All orders must be pre-paid unless other arrangements have been made.
A cleaning or damage deposit may be required on some rental items.  The amount is determined by the item and quantity rented.  These deposits will be refunded if the items are returned on time, in good order, and properly cleaned.


PRICING
Prices quoted are not final, and are subject to change.  Cancellations are subject to loss of deposit.  Substantial changes in your order, 2 weeks before your event is subject to a handling fee. Due to the nature of events these fees/loss of deposit, is a per job bases. 

SET UP SERVICE -
Our standard delivery service does not include set up or take down of tables, chairs, tent sides or backdrops.  This service is available and can be arranged at an additional cost.

DELIVERY AND PICK UP -
Please ask about delivery arrangements at the time you place your order. Additional delivery charges may apply for non-business hours. If renting a tent we will make a one call to locate all underground lines, it is your responsibility to notify us of any other underground obstacles (such as irrigation systems).  We will not set up if overhead lines are to close to set up site (tents).  We are not responsible for underground or overhead damage on delivery set up and take down. Tables and chairs should be taken down and stacked in appropriate carts provided.  A Pick up a fee will be charged per table/chair if this is not done, unless arrangements have been made. 

LINEN AND SKIRTING -
Table linens must be placed in the laundry bags provided.  Skirting must be placed back on the green hangers provided.  Skirting hangers and clips must be returned.  Additional charges will apply to the damaged skirting. Charges can include rental and replacement cost of damaged item. Damaged skirting include but are not limited to mildew, burns, stains, tears, and wax.

DAMAGES AND CLEANING CHARGES -
All items should be cleaned and repacked in the same containers as delivered. Customers will be charged for missing, broken, and damaged items. A charge will apply for all boxes, storage containers, hangers, clips, etc. not returned. Responsibility for equipment remains with the rentee from time of delivery or pickup to time of return to Pella Rental. Please be sure equipment is protected from weather and secured when not in use. Exposure of equipment (tables, chairs, linens, skirting, etc.) to the elements will incur additional charges.
